A single section ladder is the simplest of ladders and can only be used as a straight/extension ladder. The undeniable advantage is simplicity, which makes it the lightest and, therefore, the cheapest ladder to achieve a specific height compared to other more complex ladder designs. The ladder height does not exceed 6 meters. This is dictated by: firstly, the standard optimum length of the aluminum shape in the delivery state; secondly, the need to store ladders in enclosed spaces (it is inconvenient to store ladders exceeding 6 meters in length); thirdly, a constant need to transport ladders from facility to facility. With a length of up to 6 meters, any ladder is easily transported on a car trunk. It should be noted that such restriction on the ladder length when folded (or in the transport position) also applies to all other more complex aluminum ladders. The wall thickness of HS1 ladders is significantly higher, which increases the feeling of comfort when using these ladders in comparison to H1 series.
